This was originally designed for me to accurately adjust my tolerances on my custom PC Case design when sharing with friends based on their printer configurations and how precisely they can print holes.
The top holes are designed to be testfitted with M3 screws and see how small you can go to ensure optimal grip on screws.
The right side hole was designed for M3 threaded inserts; the hole has a diameter of 4.5mm with a depth of 8mm.
The left side hole was intended to testfit 6mm diameter magnets with a depth of 2mm.
The central square cutout serves as a way to accurately measure cutout dimensions and adjust accordingly.
This model also serves as a reasonable embossing test, though due to the small text size your mileage may vary.
Intended to be printed with gyroid infill at around 75% with high perimeters (maybe 5).
