I know there are many designs but half the fun of this is designing things for others.

Instructions

This is a spool holder for on top of an i3. I printed it at 50% density because I have to use up this vile yellow filament for something. The aluminium plate is 6mm thick and the part is designed for a nice tight fit on that thickness. Other thicknesses are easy enough to make.

I reused the shape from the wooden spool holder that I designed as it fit an 8mm threaded bar very nicely.
