These bases for railings are sold very cheaply, but I preferred to make a new design that is more rounded and a little higher than the one that I already had.
It is designed for 40mm tubes and the external dimensions once assembled are 80mm wide by 30mm high. I hope it works for you.

I printed 2 parts and then glued them with transaparent common glue around the tube. After that I painted them with the same paint with which I painted the fence (in my case white plastic paint)
