For printing the main coaster, use cura and add 'filament change' option and if using 0.2 layers, its layer 11 to set.
Some printers dont support this setting - guess you have to be there to initiate it 8>) (Or update your firmware to support 'Advanced_Pause' feature

Post printing, you could attach and trim self adhesive cork to the bottom.
