Summary
This is a replacement filter cover for the (ONOAYO 5G WiFi Outdoor Projector 4K Supported, 9800L 400 ANSI LM FHD Native 1080P Bluetooth Projector, ±50° 4P/4D Keystone & 50% Zoom, Full Sealed Optical/LCD/LED Wireless Home Portable Projector) I bought on Amazon.
We had some issues with cooling and the original filter cover blocks a large portion of the filter from being used. This cover unlocks all possible filter area for use providing better cooling for the LED lamp.

Sloppy print - Bad filament, but it'll do.

Final cover in place. Needs to be cleaned up a little from a sloppy print with some old PLA.
How I Designed This
Matching grid pattern for the cover as the filter support on the projector.
First prototype, revealed the filter element supports underneath. It made sense to match the pattern on the new cover so 100% of the available filter area is used.

The original cover on the bottom, blocking use of most of the filter element.
Prototype 1 and I realized the element supports are behind and very visible, it also made sense to match that pattern for the new cover to allow all available area for the filter element.
