Summary

I wanted a location for both the EVPLAY button as well as the mic, so I designed my own easy to print mount. print it upright so that the button mount is horizontal, use tree supports for best results. Cut the small spherical nub off of the mic. be sure to mount the evplay button with the screws lining up so that you can easily replace the battery without removing it from the mount.
