This floating stand is mainly used for VESA75 displays. The display I'm using is a 15.6-inch one, which is heavier than most portable displays. This stand can perfectly support it and won't fall off. The other port is a 1/4 screw hole. You can directly use crab clamps or C-clamps to mount it on a tripod, or connect it to other accessories with a 1/4 screw hole.
