I'm sure there's another one out there - but I designed this to fit into a 1.5 inch hole drilled with a hole saw bit... Basically it can fit 3-4 cables maximum and is great for hiding the holes I made to tuck our TV wires in the wall....

One version includes a filler piece which can be glued in for situations where you want it to be clean and only for one cable...
