This is to stand a small Christmas Tree. Core diameter 20mm and 40mm high. I have enclosed the FreeCAD file so you can adapt this design to your needs. I hope this is useful.

Depending how big the small tree is, will depend on the length of its legs and height of the core cylinder.

I was give the top of a Christmas tree which was about 318mm tall This is the stand I created to put this small Christmas tree in. You might want to extend the legs out more depending on the size of your small tree.
