Replacement hotend (X) carriage for Tronxy xy-100 printer or anything derived from it.
Takes m2.5 threaded insert to attach 40mm fan to the right hand side. 4 m2.5 screws required to attach the two parts to allow attachment of the standard toothed belt.

Print on its back in PETG for best strength. Use screws to join the belt attach pieces. Use soldering iron to push in the threaded inserts for the fan.
Original Tronxy part fan unit will fit without modification.

Simple geometric shapes to mimic the original part. Reasonably accurate to original but nothing critical.
