On the Volvo XC90 the tailgate spring cover usually breaks. The middle part that holds the spring is actually stays intact so this model accommodates this and it is only a cover to the spring. Sorry for not being able to provide pictures, but it is not my car and I only received the measurements.

I used Fiberlogy impact PLA for the print with 0.1mm layer height and 25% infill.
