This is just a simple paper towel holder that I made for the bathroom in our office while we were waiting for the automatic dispenser to be replaced.
The diameter of the internal components is 1.5 inches.

The only thing that needs to be assembled is to insert the legs into the bottom of the bracket. They should be very sturdy, but if they fall out, you can glue them back in place.
