Summary
One of the roommates of one of my sons has this really fancy snow brush, but the button used on the extension mechanism broke, so I modeled and printed a new one for them.

Notes:
The key is to print it on it's side so that the pole which slides into the extension holes on the scraper has filament lines running along its length. This will greatly increase the strength in the right direction for usage.
How I Designed This
intersection of three extruded sketches
In FreeCAD, I drew three orthogonal sketches, extruded them and intersected them to get the right shape.
