These vice jaw protectors are made to allow the use of a removable soft jaw when needed. I glued rubber pads onto the plastic but this is an option.

The movable jaw has a curve that starts at the face of the jaw. The fixed jaw has a flat surface for about a 1/2 inch before the curve starts.

The Movable Jaw also needed a number of cutouts to fit.

I would suggest printing about a 1/4 inch or even less to see how the fit is for your vice before printing the entire item.
